RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ArtFan provides a general Return & Refund Policy for in the rare cases of wrong artwork delivered, reproduction misprints, or damages in transit, by notifying ArtFan within a maximum of seven (7) days post-delivery date.
A full refund, minus all shipping costs, can also be provided in the case of a refund request of Original Artwork only if that request is received within the seven (7) day post-delivery date window. In the unlikely event that the wrong artwork is shipped or damaged in transit, the full cost of return shipping is covered by ArtFan.
Once a return has been posted, you will receive a return shipping label from ArtFan via email and can schedule a pickup from your home or business directly with UPS.
ArtFan provides a 7-day money-back Quality Guarantee on all reproductions produced by ArtFan third-party providers. If you're not happy with your print quality, simply fill out a Return & Refund request within 7 days. ArtFan does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in reproduction quality.
Refunds are not available for Digital Art purchases.
